HAWMC: Mind Map

For the month of April, I’m participating in the Health Activist Writer’s Month Challenge from Wego Health. Each day I’ll be writing a health-related post based on the HAWMC prompts, aiming to challenge myself as a writer and health activist. Thanks for following!

I thought I’d take this opportunity of drawing a mind map to explain a bit more what goes into a holistic nutrition consultation. I hope you’re all dazzled by my impressive drawing skills! The various components branching out of the center all represent areas of influence on a person’s current health. As a Holistic Nutrition Advisor, my job is to take all of these things into account with a client. It’s quite the puzzle, with all of these individual pieces influencing the complete picture. I hope this helps you to understand the sort of work I do and how involved it can be! Simply pointing out what to eat and what not to eat is only a small part of the equation!
