HAWMC is over!

I managed to write 30 posts in 30 days, only veering off track from the prompts once! I have to say it was a real challenge for me – but I enjoyed it and hope you did too. Just a quick recap post today and then I’ll be back to weekly posts with recipes starting this Friday. Thank you for sticking with me during this challenge! And thank you to Wego Health for putting it all together – what a wonderful way to bring bloggers together!

Which was your favorite prompt?

I’m a list fan, so any of the posts I wrote during April that involved lists were my favorite. This included 5 Dinner Guests, 10 Things I Couldn’t Live Without, and Health Time Capsule. Going forward, I’d like to do more list-based posts, as I think they’re easily digestible (appropriately enough!) and more fun to read.

Which was the most difficult?

The Stream of Consciousness post was a big challenge to write – I find it difficult to truly lay my cards on the table on this blog and be completely open and honest, especially when I’m having a bad day or feeling crummy. So, to let that go and just write felt hard but rewarding in the end.

Which ideas will you reuse?

The list-based posts I’ll definitely do again, and I also really like the Quotation Inspiration post, so drawing inspiration from thought-provoking quotes will be great.

Who was your favorite fellow blogger?

I have to say, I was a very busy bee this month and didn’t devote enough time to following other health bloggers who were participating in the challenge. However, one of my friends, Emilia, whose blog I read anyway, decided to take part and I just love her fun and open style – so go and check out her blog Wine & Butter for a refreshing perspective on health!

  1. Awww Molly – what a way to make me smile! And likewise – as you know I loved reading your posts. And, funnily enough, I had the exact same thoughts regarding the list posts just last night. Great minds eh..?! I think my favourite posts of yours were the quotation posts the 10 Things Post.. and I also really liked the one about stepping outside of your food comfort zone. It actually inspired me to make millet and lentil burgers tonight (which I’m currently somewhat nervous about, but which I’m sure will be delicious!) xox
